I used to push at full creative capacity, judging my work and hitting walls. When I began syncing my rituals to natural cycles—hormonal, lunar, seasonal—burnout eased, my style bloomed, and each phase became its own victory lap.

Life itself moves in cycles: day and night, inhale and exhale, the moon’s pull, the ebb and flow of ideas. You don’t have to bleed to benefit—anyone can use rhythm-based prompts to create with more grace and less grind.
