Shipping
When will my order ship?
Art prints are fulfilled through our production partner (Prodigi) and are typically dispatched within 1 to 4 business days (depending on the product and where it’s produced).
Original paintings are packed and shipped by me personally. I will communicate directly with you about timing and send tracking once it ships.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Because production and carriers vary by location, delivery times are estimates and can shift during peak seasons or due to customs delays. In many cases, orders arrive within under a month, but timing can vary.
Do orders include tracking?
Tracking depends on the product, destination, shipping method, and carrier. If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link when your order ships.
All original paintings will include tracking.
What carriers do you use?
Carriers vary based on destination and fulfillment location (Prodigi selects carriers depending on the order).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally.
Will I have to pay customs, VAT, or import fees?
Possibly. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your item price or shipping cost.
What if I refuse customs fees and my order is returned?
If an order is returned due to refused or unpaid customs or import fees, we do not offer refunds.
Originals
How are original paintings shipped?
Original paintings are packed and shipped by me personally. I’ll communicate with you directly and provide tracking once your piece is on the way.
Problems with an order
My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
Email hello@spacebroccoli.studio within 14 days of delivery with:
your order number
a description of the issue
clear photos of the item (and packaging photos if possible)
If the item is confirmed damaged or defective, we will send a replacement.
I received the wrong item.
Email hello@spacebroccoli.studio within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of what you received. We will replace it.
My package is lost in transit.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit (no successful delivery scan), we will reship once. Please email us your order number and any tracking details you have.
Tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Please check neighbors, your building office or mailroom, and any safe drop locations first. Then email us and we’ll help you troubleshoot with the carrier. Because the carrier shows a completed delivery, replacement is not guaranteed in these cases.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for damaged or defective items.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We offer a 1 hour window after purchase to request cancellations or address changes. Email hello@spacebroccoli.studio as soon as possible. After that window, orders may already be in production and cannot be changed.
Digital downloads
Are digital downloads refundable?
Sorry, all digital downloads are final sale.
How do I receive my digital download?
Digital files are delivered via instant download and also emailed to you.
Can I share, recreate, or resell a digital product?
No. Digital downloads are for personal use only. You may not recreate, redistribute, or resell the files.
