Shipping Policy
Fulfillment
Prints: fulfilled through Prodigi and typically dispatched within 1 to 4 business days, depending on product and production location.
Original paintings: shipped by Space Broccoli LLC (me). I will communicate directly with the buyer and provide tracking.
Shipping options
Shipping options vary by product and destination and may include Budget, Standard, Express, and where available, Overnight.
Tracking
Tracking availability varies by product, destination, shipping method, and carrier. If tracking is available, it will be sent when your order ships. All original paintings will have tracking.
International shipping and customs
We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees. These are not included in the product cost or shipping fee.
Refused or returned packages due to customs
If a package is returned due to refused or unpaid customs or import fees, no refund will be issued.
Changes and cancellations
Requests for cancellations or address changes must be submitted within 1 hour of ordering by emailing hello@spacebroccoli.studio.

Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for damaged or defective items.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact hello@spacebroccoli.studio within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (plus packaging photos if possible). If confirmed, we will provide a replacement.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item, contact hello@spacebroccoli.studio within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it.
Lost in transit
If a package is confirmed lost in transit (no successful delivery scan), we will reship once.
Delivered but not received
If tracking shows a successful delivery, please check your household, neighbors, mailroom or building office, and any safe drop locations. Contact us and we will help you troubleshoot with the carrier. Replacement is not guaranteed in these cases.
Digital downloads
Digital products are non refundable due to instant delivery. Digital files may not be recreated, redistributed, or resold.
